1. Order Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the product has been dispatched.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.

B. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Due to the consumable and food-grade nature of our products, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The package is tampered at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a refund:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or an unboxing video must be shared as proof
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used food products
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Minor outer packaging damage that does not affect product quality
This ensures hygiene and food safety compliance.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of payment via Razorpay, refunds will be processed through the same gateway
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Bulk & Private Label Orders
For bulk, B2B, or private label orders:
- Cancellation after production is not permitted
- Returns are subject to prior written agreement
- Claims must be supported with quality documentation
Custom-labelled products are non-refundable unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified.
