  • Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the website.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

5. Bulk & B2B Orders

For bulk orders:

  • Dispatch timelines may vary based on order quantity.
  • Custom packaging or private label orders may require additional processing time.
  • Freight terms may be discussed separately in writing.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

8. Damaged Shipments

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel (if visibly damaged).
  • Record an unboxing video and take clear photos.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours at info@aaharveda.com.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
