1. Nature of Products
We deal in food-grade consumable products such as jaggery powder, desi khand, and related natural sweeteners.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions to ensure safety and hygiene.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped)
- The product packaging is tampered at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and unopened
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of damage (clear photos or unboxing video) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used food products
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality
This policy ensures hygiene and food safety compliance.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted
If payment was made via Razorpay, refunds will be processed through the same gateway.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if:
- Cancellation request is made before dispatch
- Order has not been shipped
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If return is approved due to company error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping cost will be borne by us
- In other cases, customer may be responsible for return shipping
7. Bulk & B2B Orders
For bulk or commercial orders:
- Returns are subject to prior written agreement
- Quality claims must be supported with documentation
- Custom or private label orders are non-refundable unless manufacturing defect is proven
